Susie Hinkle is a skilled communicator, and models
creative problem solving and conflict resolution. She
has designed and implemented new business acquisition
processes, succession plans, and change management
initiatives. She has built and instituted a variety of
training programs ranging from ground floor
construction to elevating existing programs to next
level performance. She has a proven track record of
dramatically reducing learning curves in her
onboarding work. Susie is also the founder of Landau
Lane Inc., a small independent film company and author
of Sight-Reading. Susie is an insightful leader who
infuses humor in her endeavors.
Marion Krefeldt spent twenty years in academic,
for-profit, and not-for-profit environments, including
Indiana University and Sunrise Publications, Inc. In
2001, she co-founded Direkt Approach. Marion’s strong
desire to give back to the community is reflected in
many years involvement as a former board member for
Bloomingfoods, her involvement in foreign exchange
student programs, and her work with Area 10 for the
Aging. Marion retired from Direkt Approach in 2007.
